The second is by producing sponsored 'casts.

Advertising is by way of banners on public pages including the front page.

There is also a solus spot on 'cast pages. The spot is site-wide for a specified period and includes a static graphic and a link.

Sponsored 'casts are promoted within the body of audio casts in that they appear in the list of currently available 'casts. They are live from a specified date and time until a specified later date and time. They are marked as "sponsored". 'casts must not be marketing / PR messages (e.g. "what we do..." content) unless they are booked as "sponsored 'casts.
